Instructions
- Combine steel cut oats, farro, amaranth, water, and salt in a large saucepan and stir.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium-high heat, then reduce to low and simmer uncovered for about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add milk and cinnamon, then cook while stirring frequently until the grains are tender, about 5 minutes longer.
- Stir in maple syrup and add any desired toppings before serving warm.
