Potato Chip Chocolate Chip Blondies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and prepare a 9x13-inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sea salt, and baking soda.
- In a stand mixer, combine the melted butter and sugars until mixed, then add eggs and vanilla and mix until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix on low until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and potato chips.
- Spread the blondie dough into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Add additional potato chips on top and sprinkle lightly with sea salt.
- Bake for 28–30 minutes until golden brown and edges pull away from the pan.
- Allow to cool on a wire rack, then cut into squares and serve.
