Ingredients

  • 3 tb maple syrup
  • 2 tsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tb flaxseed meal
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together oat flour, baking powder, baking soda, and sea salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together dairy free milk, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, flaxseed meal, and apple cider vinegar.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  4. Cook the pancakes in a pan over medium heat, flipping them once they start to bubble.
