S'mores Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake

The filling

marshmallow creme (Fluff)

semi-sweet chocolate chips

mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and prepare a 9-inch pie dish or round cake pan.
- In a bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until smooth, then mix in the vanilla and egg.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, and salt, then mix into the wet ingredients.
- Press 2/3 of the dough into the prepared pan, spread marshmallow creme on top, and sprinkle with chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
- Layer the remaining dough on top, leaving some marshmallow and chocolate chips exposed.
- Bake for 25 minutes until lightly golden brown, then cool for at least 30 minutes before serving.
