Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, mash the avocado and mix in the tuna, bread crumbs, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, hot sauce, garlic powder, salt, and egg until combined.
- Form the mixture into 6 patties and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes, flip the patties, and bake for an additional 10 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
- Serve warm, optionally on buns or atop greens.
