Ingredients

The sliders

  • 2 cans tuna (4oz each)
  • 1 unit egg
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onion
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1-2 pieces lettuce
  • slider buns

The aioli

  • ¼ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • pinch salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, break up the tuna with a fork.
  2. Mix in the Greek yogurt, egg, breadcrumbs, chopped green onion, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic.
  3. Form the mixture into patties.
  4. Cook the patties in avocado oil on medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. While the patties are cooking, whisk together the aioli ingredients.
  6. Top the patties with aioli and place them in buns with lettuce.
