Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 425°F).
- Brush both sides of the salmon with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Brush the grill grates with oil and grill the salmon for about 3 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
- While the salmon is grilling, melt the cream cheese with milk in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in the pesto.
- Serve the salmon warm with the creamy pesto sauce, adding a teaspoon of pesto on top for extra flavor.
