Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon ground allspice
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ½ cup cane sugar
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease an 8x4-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients until smooth.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
  6. Let the bread cool completely before slicing and serving.
