Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F and grease a cookie sheet.
- Mix almond milk, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl, then whisk in cornstarch to prevent lumps.
- Remove florets from the cauliflower and chop into smaller pieces.
- Toss the cauliflower in the almond milk mixture until wet.
- Season the bread crumbs with remaining salt and pepper, then coat the cauliflower in the bread crumbs.
- Spread the coated cauliflower on the cookie sheet and spray with cooking spray.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until crispy.
- Whisk together the sriracha and maple syrup/agave for the dipping sauce and serve.
