Instructions
- Peel and cube the celeriac, then boil with sliced garlic until tender.
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam in the microwave until tender.
- Combine the cooked celeriac and garlic with the cauliflower in a food processor and pulse to break up.
- Add heavy cream and puree until smooth, then mix in butter, salt, and pepper.
- Garnish with chives or parsley before serving.
