Fried Feta Stuffed Olives

Instructions
- Slice feta cheese into 1-inch pieces and stuff each olive with a piece.
- Toss the stuffed olives in 3 tbsp of flour and set aside.
- Prepare the batter by whisking together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, pepper, and oregano, then add sparkling water until the consistency is like pancake batter.
- Heat oil in a medium pot to about 1½ - 2 inches deep over medium heat.
- Coat olives in batter and carefully drop them into the hot oil.
- Fry for about 5 minutes, turning halfway through until golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh oregano and serve immediately.
