Instructions
- Rinse the salmon, pat it dry, and cut it into ¼-inch cubes.
- In a large bowl, combine the salmon, ginger, scallions, cilantro, eggs, lime juice, almond flour, and salt.
- In a small bowl, mix the wasabi powder and water to form a paste.
- Incorporate the wasabi paste into the salmon mixture.
- Form the mixture into 2-inch patties.
- Heat coconut oil in a 9-inch skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sauté the patties in batches until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes per side.
- Serve the burgers.
