Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8"x8" glass dish with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir until you have a thick batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the edges pull away from the sides and the center is firm.
- Allow the brownies to cool completely before slicing and serving. For easier slicing, chill in the fridge or freezer before cutting.
