Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Score the plantains, peel, and cut them into fourths.
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until a dough forms.
- Spread an oversized spoonful of dough into thin circles on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with salt.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, then flip and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and top with your favorite protein and toppings.
- Enjoy eating with your hands!
