Ingredients

  • 2 pieces green plantains
  • 4 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 tbsp tapioca flour
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  3. Score the plantains, peel, and cut them into fourths.
  4. Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until a dough forms.
  5. Spread an oversized spoonful of dough into thin circles on the baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle with salt.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes, then flip and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and top with your favorite protein and toppings.
  9. Enjoy eating with your hands!
