Ingredients

The base

  • 3 ¼ cups coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups rolled oats

The toppings

  • 2 cups raspberries
  • 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the coconut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  2. Add the rolled oats and stir until combined.
  3. Divide half of the oat mixture into jars, then add a layer of raspberries.
  4. Top with the remaining oat mixture and more raspberries.
  5. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top.
  6. Refrigerate overnight.
