Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a large, cold skillet over medium heat until browned, flipping halfway through.
- Remove the bacon from the pan, leaving the grease behind.
- Add the onion to the pan and fry until browned.
- Create a well in the center of the pan, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shredded cabbage to the pan, season with salt, paprika, and pepper, then cover and cook until tender.
- Chop or crumble the bacon and stir it back into the pan with the cabbage.
