Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine honey, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, ground ginger, and sesame seeds; whisk to combine and set aside.
- Slice the ends off the bok choy, separate the leaves, rinse them clean, and pat dry.
- Drizzle the bok choy with oil and lightly coat it, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Place the bok choy in a grill basket over the heat and toss often until the leaves are charred and wilted, which takes only a few minutes.
- Transfer the bok choy to the bowl of sauce and toss to coat.
- Serve immediately.
