Instructions
- Combine warm milk and yeast, let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Mix in softened butter, honey, eggs, and salt, then gradually add flour until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 6-8 minutes until it passes the windowpane test.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size (about 1.5 to 2 hours).
- Punch down the dough, shape it into a rectangle, and cut into 15 pieces.
- Arrange the pieces in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise again until puffy (about 1 hour).
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (191°C) and bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix melted butter and honey, brush over warm rolls, and sprinkle with sea salt.
