Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare baking sheets.
- In a bowl, mix the sugars, avocado, applesauce, egg white, and vanilla until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine the flours, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt, then fold into the wet mixture.
- Add chocolate chunks and walnuts, then refrigerate the dough for 15 minutes.
- Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheets and smooth the tops.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, then cool on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
