Ingredients

  • 6 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
  • 2 whole eggs
  • ½ cup coconut sugar

  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup walnut pieces

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, combine the gluten free flour, baking powder, and salt, then set aside.
  3. 3. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until fully melted.
  4. 4. In a separate bowl, use a hand mixer to combine the eggs, coconut sugar, and vanilla until well mixed.
  5. 5. Once the chocolate has cooled, stir it into the egg and sugar mixture.
