Instructions
- Place the milk, water, eggs, butter, salt, bread flour, sugar, and yeast in the bread machine pan in the specified order.
- Select the dough cycle and start the machine.
- Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray a bun pan.
- Once the dough cycle is complete, divide the dough into 8 pieces on a floured surface.
- Shape each piece into a tight ball and roll them into circles.
- Arrange the shaped dough on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them.
- Brush the tops with the egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Let the buns sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F while the buns rest.
- Bake the buns for 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
