Gluten-Free Shrimp Scampi

The sauce

Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions.
- While the spaghetti cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the cooked shrimp and garlic to a serving plate.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet with the shrimp and garlic.
- Mix in lemon juice, salt, and pepper, then toss to combine.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
