Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Zest and juice one orange, adding both to a microwaveable bowl.
- Add vegetable oil, almond butter, agave nectar, and vanilla to the bowl and microwave for 2 minutes, stirring to combine.
- In a large bowl, mix together oats, almonds, coconut, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, and allspice.
- Pour the orange-almond butter mixture into the dry ingredients and stir well.
- Peel and slice the remaining two oranges, and mix them into the granola mixture.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Stir in the raisins and allow to cool, leaving uncovered for several hours to dry the oranges.
- Store in an airtight container and refrigerate.
