Roasted Beets
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- 2. Cut the greens off the beets, leaving about 1 inch of the stem.
- 3. Rinse the beets under cold water.
- 4. Wrap the beets in aluminum foil, sealing them tightly.
- 5. Place the wrapped beets in the oven and roast for 45-60 minutes until tender.
- 6. Once cool enough to handle, rub off the skins with a paper towel or under cold water.
- 7. Enjoy the roasted beets as desired.
