Instructions
- Prepare the avocado tuna salad by mixing the tuna, avocados, red onion, cilantro, and dressing ingredients together.
- Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on each bagel.
- Add alfalfa sprouts on one side of each bagel.
- Spread the avocado tuna salad on the other side of each bagel.
- Top the bagel with the sprout-covered side and serve.
