Instructions
- 1. Form the sausage into 4 patties and cook in a skillet over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- 2. Drain the fat from the skillet, reduce heat to medium, whisk the eggs, salt, and pepper, then pour into the skillet and cook until nearly set.
- 3. In a bowl, whisk the butter until creamy, then stir in the maple syrup. Toast the English muffins.
- 4. Assemble the sandwich by spreading maple butter on both halves of the English muffin, adding an egg, sausage patty, and cheese, then microwave to melt the cheese.
