Basic Homemade White Bread

Instructions
- Combine warm water and yeast in a mixing bowl and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
- Add milk, honey, melted butter, and salt to the yeast mixture and stir.
- Gradually add bread flour until a soft dough forms, mixing on low speed or by hand.
- Knead the dough for about 6-8 minutes on a floured surface.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm place for 1½ to 2 hours until doubled.
- Punch down the dough, divide it in half, and shape each half into a rectangle.
- Fold the dough and seal the edges, then place into greased loaf pans.
- Allow the dough to rise for another 30 minutes until it rises 1 inch above the pans.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30-40 minutes, tenting with foil if browning too fast.
- Check for doneness with a thermometer; it should read 195°F to 200°F.
- Cool the bread, brush with butter, and enjoy.
