Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
- Cut the butter into small chunks and mix it into the flour mixture until crumbly.
- Stir in the raisins, then add the yogurt and mix until the dough comes together.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface, pat it to about 1 inch thick, and cut out biscuits.
- Place the biscuits on a baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
