Instructions
- Mix mayonnaise, parsley, peppers, sugar, old bay, and egg yolk to create the imperial sauce.
- Fold the imperial sauce into the crab meat gently.
- Remove the stem from each mushroom cap and clean out any remaining pieces.
- Trim the bottom of the mushroom caps to ensure they sit flat.
- Fill the mushroom caps with the crab imperial mixture, mounding it on top.
- Place the filled caps in a baking dish and pour marsala wine into the bottom.
- Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.
