Instructions
- Crack the allspice, peppercorns, cloves, and cardamom pods using a chef's knife.
- Toast the cracked spices and cinnamon sticks in a skillet over medium heat until fragrant.
- Boil the water in a medium saucepan, then add the toasted spices, rooibos tea, and ginger.
- Simmer the mixture for 18-20 minutes, then strain it into a bowl.
- Stir in the vanilla, sea salt, and maple syrup, and let it cool before storing it in the fridge.
- To make a latte, combine 8 oz of the concentrate with 8 oz of plant-based milk and heat it.
