Instructions
- Brew the rooibos tea in boiling water for at least 3 minutes.
- In a small saucepan, heat the plant milk, date, coconut butter, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until it lightly boils.
- Transfer the milk mixture to a blender and blend on high for about 20 seconds.
- Pour the frothy milk mixture over the brewed tea and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
