Instructions
- Combine all aioli ingredients in a bowl and mix well, then refrigerate until ready to use.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower with olive oil until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle the cauliflower with salt and black pepper.
- Place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket in an even layer, avoiding overcrowding.
- Cook for 16 to 17 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove the cauliflower from the air fryer and serve hot with the lemon-garlic aioli.
