Ingredients

The Lemon-Garlic Aioli

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 ½ teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 big pinch lemon zest
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

The Cauliflower

  • 1 pound cauliflower
  • 1 ½ tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • to taste freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all aioli ingredients in a bowl and mix well, then refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower with olive oil until evenly coated.
  4. Sprinkle the cauliflower with salt and black pepper.
  5. Place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket in an even layer, avoiding overcrowding.
  6. Cook for 16 to 17 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Remove the cauliflower from the air fryer and serve hot with the lemon-garlic aioli.
