Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400º F and prepare a baking pan.
- Dry the chickpeas by rolling them in paper towels and transfer to a mixing bowl.
- Add grapeseed oil, nutritional yeast, crushed rosemary, thyme, oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the bowl and stir well.
- Spread the mixture on the baking pan and place it in the oven.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the chickpeas are crispy and golden.
