Ingredients

The chickpeas

  • 1 can chickpeas

The seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon crushed rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dry thyme
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400º F and prepare a baking pan.
  2. Dry the chickpeas by rolling them in paper towels and transfer to a mixing bowl.
  3. Add grapeseed oil, nutritional yeast, crushed rosemary, thyme, oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the bowl and stir well.
  4. Spread the mixture on the baking pan and place it in the oven.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the chickpeas are crispy and golden.
