Sheet Pan Baked Salmon with Vegetables

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Make the marinade by whisking together oil, lemon juice, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper; set aside 2 tablespoons.
- Marinate the salmon fillets with half of the remaining marinade in the fridge.
- Slice the sweet potato thinly and place on the baking sheet, drizzling with the other half of the marinade.
- Bake the sweet potatoes for 10 minutes, then add green beans and onion tossed with the reserved marinade and bake for another 5 minutes.
- Add the marinated salmon fillets on the sheet pan, top with lemon slices, and bake for 10-15 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve with additional lemon slices and seasonings if desired.
