Instructions
- Cut the bread into sticks, optionally removing the crusts.
- Heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat.
- Whisk together milk, pumpkin, eggs, brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Combine granulated sugar and cinnamon on a plate.
- Melt butter on the griddle to coat the pan.
- Dip the bread sticks into the batter quickly and place them on the griddle.
- Cook the sticks on all sides for 2-3 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Roll the cooked sticks in the cinnamon sugar coating.
- Serve immediately with maple syrup if desired.
