Instructions
- Mash the avocados and mix with chopped red onion, cilantro, salt, and lime juice. Refrigerate.
- Combine ground beef with cumin, chili powder, cayenne, salt, and salsa in a bowl.
- Chop onion and chipotle pepper, add to the beef mixture along with beaten eggs and tortilla chips, and mix well.
- Form the mixture into patties and cook in a pan over medium heat, flipping halfway through.
- Add cheese on top of the burgers to melt while cooking.
- Serve the burgers on toasted buns topped with guacamole.
