Sausage and Pepper Pasta

Instructions
- Cook the sausages according to grill directions.
- Slice the cooked sausages.
- Boil the pasta in salted water as per package instructions.
- Melt one tablespoon of butter in a large pan over medium-high heat and add the peppers, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Cook the peppers for 5-6 minutes until softened and lightly browned, then remove them from the pan.
- Add the remaining butter and diced onion to the pan, seasoning with salt and pepper, and cook for 5-6 minutes until softened.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Stir in the tomato sauce and Italian seasoning, bringing it to a simmer.
- Drain the pasta and toss it with the tomato sauce.
- Top the pasta with sliced sausage and peppers, then sprinkle with parmesan and parsley before serving.
