French Fry Cheese Pizza

The pizza

store-bought or homemade pizza dough

marinara sauce or tomato basil sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet and spread them in an even layer.
- Bake the potatoes for 15-20 minutes, flip them, and bake for another 10 minutes or until crisp. Toss with parmesan after baking.
- Grease a baking sheet with olive oil and roll out the pizza dough until very thin.
- Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet, spread with sauce, and top with cheese.
- Bake the pizza for 10-15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese has melted.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and top with the fries, then sprinkle with fresh parsley and grated parmesan.
