For the Pressure Cooker
Instructions
- Combine all meatloaf ingredients thoroughly.
- Add water to the Instant Pot and place the trivet inside.
- Shape the meat mixture into a loaf on foil and lift it into the pot.
- Seal the lid and set the steam release to sealing.
- Pressure cook for 35 minutes.
- After cooking, allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then manually release the remaining pressure.
- Check the internal temperature to ensure it is 160°F-165°F.
- Lift the meatloaf out using the foil and place it on a baking tray.
- Turn on the broiler and prepare the glaze topping.
- Spread the glaze over the meatloaf and broil until caramelized.
- Serve with sides like potatoes or rice.
