Ingredients

Meatloaf Mixture

  • 2 lbs 85% Lean Ground Turkey
  • ½ cup Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Tablespoons Dehydrated Onion
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Coarse Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Poultry Seasoning
  • ½ cup Whole Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • cup Ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Liquid Smoke

Glaze Topping

  • ½ cup Ketchup
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard

For the Pressure Cooker

  • 1 ½ cups Water

Instructions

  1. Combine all meatloaf ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Add water to the Instant Pot and place the trivet inside.
  3. Shape the meat mixture into a loaf on foil and lift it into the pot.
  4. Seal the lid and set the steam release to sealing.
  5. Pressure cook for 35 minutes.
  6. After cooking, allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then manually release the remaining pressure.
  7. Check the internal temperature to ensure it is 160°F-165°F.
  8. Lift the meatloaf out using the foil and place it on a baking tray.
  9. Turn on the broiler and prepare the glaze topping.
  10. Spread the glaze over the meatloaf and broil until caramelized.
  11. Serve with sides like potatoes or rice.
