Watermelon Shiso Salad

The salad

The dressing

very finely minced ginger

fresh lime juice

honey or agave

toasted sesame oil

shoyu, soy sauce or GF liquid amino acids
Instructions
- Combine watermelon, cucumber, scallions, and cilantro in a medium bowl.
- Mix dressing ingredients in a small bowl and pour over the salad.
- Gently toss the salad and taste for seasoning, adding salt and pepper as needed.
- Garnish with jalapeño, shiso ribbons, and toasted sesame seeds.
