Zesty Italian Pasta Salad

sliced pepperoncini peppers (optional)
The Dressing

cup
olive oil

apple cider vinegar

dried Italian seasoning

Instructions
- 1. Boil water and cook pasta until al dente, then drain, rinse, and cool.
- 2. While pasta cooks, prepare the veggies, salami, mozzarella, and herbs, and place in a large bowl.
- 3. Make the dressing by mixing all dressing ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
- 4. Combine the cooled pasta with the veggies, salami, and cheese, then add the dressing and toss gently.
