Amish Potato Rolls

Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a heavy-duty mixer or bread machine set to the dough cycle and mix until smooth.
- Spray a bowl with nonstick cooking spray, add the dough, cover, and let it rise for 90 minutes until doubled in size.
- Gently deflate the dough, divide, and shape it as desired.
- Cover the shaped rolls with a clean cloth and let rise for 45-60 minutes until puffy.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F while the rolls are rising.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush the tops with melted butter after baking.
