Easy Potato Rolls

Instructions
- Heat milk in a saucepan until it foams at the edges, then remove from heat.
- Add sugar, butter, potato flakes, and salt to the milk and mix well; let cool to lukewarm.
- Stir in yeast and eggs until combined.
- In a large bowl, combine flour with the milk mixture to form a soft, slightly sticky dough.
- Cover the dough and let it rise for one hour.
- Divide the dough into four portions and roll each into a 10-inch circle.
- Spread soft butter on one circle, place another circle on top, and seal the edges.
- Cut into 8 triangles and roll each triangle from the wide end to form a crescent.
- Place rolls on a baking sheet, cover, and let rise for another hour.
- Bake at 350°F (176°C) for 14-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush with melted butter before serving.
