Roasted Garlic Potato Rolls

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and roast the garlic wrapped in foil with olive oil for 30-40 minutes.
- Once cooled, mash the roasted garlic and mix with chopped sage.
- In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, potato flakes, dry milk, yeast, and salt.
- Add butter, honey, and the garlic-sage mixture to the dry ingredients.
- Warm water and milk to the appropriate temperature and pour over the mixture, stirring until combined.
- Knead the dough until soft, then let it rise in a warm place for 1 to 2 hours.
- Deflate the dough, divide it into 16 pieces, and shape into balls.
- Place the rolls in a greased pan, cover, and let rise for another 1 ½ to 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake the rolls for 23 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and serve warm.
