Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a cast iron skillet.
- 2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the egg, coconut sugar, coconut oil, and vanilla.
- 4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
- 5. Fold in the rolled oats.
- 6. Stir in the chocolate chips and raisins.
- 7. Pour the mixture into the greased skillet and bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- 8. Enjoy warm, optionally with ice cream on top.
