Nutella Swirl Pound Cake

The Nutella
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan with nonstick spray.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and vanilla extract, then set aside.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt together and set aside.
- In a stand mixer, beat the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then add the egg mixture and mix until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Spread ⅓ of the batter in the prepared pan, then layer with 6 tablespoons of warmed Nutella.
- Repeat the layering with another ⅓ of the batter and the remaining Nutella, then top with the last of the batter.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, covering with foil after 25 minutes to prevent over-browning.
- Cool the cake in the pan on a wire rack before slicing.
