Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 10-12 inch oven safe skillet with butter.
- In a large bowl, beat the butter until light and fluffy, then add the eggs one at a time until combined.
- Slowly mix in the maple syrup and vanilla extract until combined.
- Add the flour and baking soda, then beat until fully incorporated before stirring in the chocolate chips.
- Spread the dough in the prepared skillet and bake for 18-20 minutes, until the center is slightly gooey.
- Let cool for 3-5 minutes before serving, ideally with a scoop of ice cream.
