The Only Green Sauce You Need

Instructions
- Chop the herbs and chives, juice the lemon, peel the garlic, and scoop out the avocado.
- Combine all ingredients for the sauce in a blender or food processor and pulse until blended, adding water if necessary to achieve desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust the flavor with more lemon, olive oil, salt, or pepper as needed.
- For the toast, boil water and prepare an ice bath. Cook the eggs for 7 minutes, then transfer to the ice bath.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and toast the bread slices until golden and crisp.
- Spread the green sauce on the toast, peel the eggs, and cut them over the toast. Sprinkle with sea salt.
