Ingredients

The smoothie base

  • 1 cup chopped romaine
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 cups chopped raw carrots
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 medium banana
  • 2 medium clementines, peeled
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 dash ground cinnamon
  • 1 dash nutmeg

Toppings

  • to taste pistachios
  • to taste toasted coconut

Instructions

  1. Blend the romaine and coconut milk until smooth.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend again until smooth.
  3. Top with pistachios and toasted coconut.
