Ingredients

The smoothie

  • 2 large ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flax
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • a small pinch cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder

Toppings

  • to taste shredded coconut
  • to taste coconut butter
  • to taste cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Blend all smoothie ingredients starting with the almond milk until smooth.
  2. Add toppings such as coconut, cinnamon, and coconut butter if desired.
